Fuji

With the sweet flavor of its Red Delicious parent, the Fuji is a medium to large apple, with orange-red skin. Its flesh is firm, crisp and quite juicy. The Fuji is an excellent eating apple, and is good dried in slices. Fuji shipments are available October 1st through December 18th. Lyman Orchards reserves the right to substitute a similar or better apple. Please note that due to rules regulating fruit shipments we cannot ship apples to the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.   We are able to ship processed and non-perishable products, including pies, cheese and jams/preserves to these States. We ship only the finest apples, picked in our orchards during the peak of the harvest season. Timing of harvest seasons vary due to unpredictable weather which may delay or hasten fruit ripening.
