Lyon Blackberry Rum 750ml

First debuting in 2018, LYON Blackberry Rum is our only vintage product: made once a year from the harvest of local blackberries grown on the Eastern Shore. Sun-ripened blackberries are hand picked by our team in late summer, and infused directly into our signature white rum. After steeping for approx 4 weeks, the blackberries are removed and the rum is finished on toasted American & French Oak resulting in a deep, rich, jammy spirit, with great structure a smooth finish.  *Note* The 2023 Batch No.06 is our largest batch yet: made from nearly 2000lbs of blackberries grown at Emily’s Produce in Cambridge, Maryland + Kings Berries in Ridgely, Maryland. Perfect for enjoying on its own, or mixed into cocktails, LYON Blackberry Rum is unlike any other rum liqueur. Our favorite cocktail is a Blackberry Mojito, combining the rum with club soda, fresh lime + mint, over ice. It is also fantastic paired with lemonade or used as a substitution for vermouth!
