2002-2014 Harley Davidson Lowering Kit (2014 buyers please read below) "3-inch adjustable kit" You are looking at a set of "Adjustable" Lowering Blocks that are designed to safely lower your 2002-2014 Touring Harley's. This will install in 20 to 25 minutes with just simple hand tools. After this kit is installed it will lower your bike approximately 1, 2, or 3 inches at the rear. By doing that, it gives you the ability to plant your feet more squarely on the ground. This, in turn, makes it a much safer and more comfortable ride.
