With almond margarine, bananas, ground flax seed, and Greek yogurt—this smoothie will keep you full until lunch. Ingredients: 1 medium well-aged banana, stripped diced into pieces, solidified 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk 1/3 cup without fat plain Greek yogurt 1/2 Tbsp velvety almond spread 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed feast 1 tsp nectar 3 - 4 drops almond extract* 4 ice cubes (discretionary) Instruction: To a blender include banana, almond milk, Greek yogurt, almond margarine, ground flaxseed, nectar and almond concentrate and mix.
