1940s 40s Fabulous Green Dress with Matching Belt / Medium

ERA:  1940s BRAND/DESIGNER/LABEL TAG:  N/A MATERIAL/FABRIC TAG:  N/A, but likely cotton MAIN COLOR(S):  Gorgeous deep green with white peter pan collar (for some reason, at times it’ll photograph looking Kelly-green like color). LINED:  No CONDITION & ADDITIONAL DETAILS:   In good vintage condition with no major flaws to note, except loose thread under the right pit and a small area on the front of the dress (please review photo).  There are signs of wear on the belt but not very noticeable since the dress is visually stunning.
