The Ali Shan tea is one of the most appreciated; it is considered by many the best Taiwanese tea. It is cultivated on Pear Mountain (Li Shan), in the Nantou region. This blue is part of the ‘’blue-green’’ (half-oxidized) from high mountains characterized by a cold climate which slows down the growth and gives out as a result beautiful leaves with a concentrated aroma.
