Fuji Midori, a relative of Shizu-7132, It earned its place among the inaugural 7000 series plants to receive a name and be cultivated for commercial purposes, thanks to its exceptional and distinctive taste characterized by intense vegetal notes and the robust fragrance of freshly mown grass. Sencha Fuji Midori is a rarity, as it is one of the lesser grown cultivars. Our Fuji Midori tea is sourced from Taruwaki-san, a second-generation tea farmer who possesses a remarkable talent for crafting exceptional tea.  his Farm located in mountains of Kawane, Shizuoka, Taruwaki-san's farm has adhered to pesticide-free practices since 1990 and eliminated chemical fertilizers since 2002, making it fully organic since the latter date. The fields boast an average elevation of 630 meters, equivalent to just over 2,000 feet. The mountains of Kawane have produced many national award-winning teas.
