Alcohol Free Primary Use: Allergies (hay fever), asthma, sinus infections Serving Size: 410mg/ml (30 drops) Suggested Use and Dosage: Shake Well.  Begin before symptoms are present. Use 30 drops in water or juice 1-3 times daily. For active symptoms take 60 drops 3-4 times per day in juice or water.   Prevention: Begin before symptoms are present, Take 2 times per day in juice, or water. Also can take with local bee pollen (small doses) and avoid dairy. For Acute Allergies: It would be helpful to take Aller-Calm 2-4 weeks before the onset of allergy season.
