This cheese provides a medium spice relative to the other cheeses we offer, but brings a fruity spice flavor unlike any other pepper cheese. Age: 3 months - 6 months Body: Semi-Soft cheese with a springy body when served at room temperature. This cheese will have a more rigid body that of its pepper counterparts, but when eaten will still feel creamy and buttery to the palate.
