Flavor Description: With the soft creamy base of Monterey Jack, this piece of cheese is a great gateway to those who love a little spice. Made with red and green Jalapeno peppers, this piece of cheese is young but still provides a bold, wholesome flavor along with a sweet after taste from the peppers. Relative to our other cheeses with peppers, this will be a mild spiciness and great for those who may not be connoisseurs of all things spice but still want to give there palate a good kick-start. Age: 3 months - 9 months Body: Semi-Soft cheese with a springy body when served at room temperature. When eaten alone you will feel the creaminess of the Monterey Jack base and the soft, butter like texture. Commonly eaten by itself, with crackers, or on a perfectly done cheeseburger.
