Here is a 236mm hand forged Chefs Knife made from high-carbon 1095  steel. This sleek, medium weight kitchen knife  comes in at 195 grams and is about 14.6” in overall length. It’s fitted with a Spalted Hawaiian Koa handle shaped in Wa style with a silver spacer.
