High-Carbon Chefs Knife

Here is a 235mm hand forged Chefs Knife made from high-carbon 1095 steel. This one is a lean, medium weight kitchen knife that comes in at 195 grams and is about 14.6” in overall length. A beautiful piece of Spalted Hawaiian Mango handle and white G10 we’re used to create the Wa style handle.
