Marlin Acrylic Flashing Grade is a premium 100% acrylic elastomeric coating. This is a one component, plasticizer free, water based product designed to seal seams and fasteners that cannot be covered with a standard top coat product. This product is proven to provide a long lasting membrane that will maintain flexibility throughout the extreme temperatures typically found on roofs. This product is compatible with many different roofing substrates, including, PVC, SPF, metal, wood and concrete.
