This is the EXACT Program I Run In a Lean Bulk or " MainGain" Phase to Yield Maximum Physique and  Strength Gains. This Program WILL Increase Lean Muscle Mass and Strength, if Training Intensity, Recovery and Nutrition are Adequate. This Program Can be Run 6 Days on 1 Day Off or 3 Days On 1 Day Off Twice, As Explained in the "RULES" Section. This Program length is 6-8 Weeks. If Fatigue is Low, Extend Duration to 12 Weeks.
