BOSS Effect Pedals - Chorus CE-2W is BOSS's look back on the iconic pedal that started it all. The CE-1 Chorus Ensemble was the world's first chorus pedal, AND the very first BOSS pedal released in 1976. Originally the circuit found in the Roland's Jazz Chorus amps, they enclosed the all analog chorus effect into a tough metal chassis with an AC chord. Boss followed with an update to the small blue box known all over the world as the CE-2.   Newly redesigned, this CE-2W functions in both mono and stereo with in the CE-2 mode. When utilizing two amps this pedal can put you in haunting and hypnotizing space! The CE-1 mode has a new depth control, which is a parameter not available on the original CE-1.
