Angel's Envy Port Finish Bourbon

While aging for up to 6 years, a small portion (approximately 5% each year) of the Rye evaporates; this is known as "the Angel's share", the excess is what considered the envy of even the Angel's, hence the name. Once it's done aging, the Rye is then transported into ruby port barrels made from French oak from Portugal where it is stored for an additional 3 to 6 months to develop its sweet finish.
