This was a blend we made up for myself. Sometimes I experience anxiety...especially when I'm about to speak in public. A dropper full as I need it really helps me. I have also used it as a help for going to sleep when I can't get my mind to quiet...always problem-solving. I like it better than valerian for going to sleep.
