Training - Warrior
For those who can’t get enough of an intense training program, and are truly insane. This program lasts one year, and consists of 4 12 week high intensity programs, a 4 week high volume moderate intensity routine, some specialized training you will enjoy, and designated rest time that does not count toward your 1 year. Initial Assessment Weekly high-intensity workouts – 4 workouts per week covering all major bodyparts, and even up to 7 days a week for the absolute most advanced programs. As programs advance, band work is built in, and then even chain work for those that can do it. Unique exercises that you may not have seen before, but are very effective Unlimited email support (allow 24-48 hours for responses) You do need access to a fair amount of equipment for this program – you can’t just be working with a Bowflex for example.
