"Good Luck Cats" Drawstring Bag

We have restored an old manuscript to bring you all the good luck powers of its kittens! The Tamra Maeo is a unique Thai manuscript that contains the cat breeds considered to be auspicious; it is also referred to as Cat-Book Poems because it contains a poem for every cat. A black cat with white paws was dedicated these lovely verses, "All four paws white, two green eyes, The name Beauty for its body’s black field." The treatise was a guide for royalty and monasteries to breed only auspicious cats that would bring good luck, protect the temples from evil, and of course, were good mice hunters.
