"Portrait of a Lady" Stretched Canvas
This iconic portrait is the Mona Lisa of cats, with its enigmatic expression, magnetic gaze, and the atmospheric illusionism. We worked hard to digitally restore this painting that had darkened over time, was full of speckles, and the colors were faded. Now you can enjoy vibrant colors, depth of field, and a printing quality that lasts. This is the only fully restored version on the market, with extended canvas to seamlessly wrap around the frame. This portrait was originally painted in 1870 by Frederick Dielman (1847–1935), a talented German-American figure painter who was also elected president of the American National Academy of Design.
