Red Bee Balm OG - Live Plant

In the Apothecary Bee Balm supports the respiratory system and the digestive system.  It tastes a bit like oregano due to the high volume of Thymol in the leaves and flowers.  We love to add a sprinkle to our tisanes to add color and a bit of respiratory support.. You only need a pinch.
