Chococoa Mint Cookies

Introducing one of our THREE new wintertime cookies, the Chococoa Mint! We took our Triple Chocolate Cookie recipe, added some holiday spirit, and came up with this: Triple Chocolate's candy cane loving cousin. She's a rich and wonderful chocolate cookie, with both semi sweet and white chips, a touch of peppermint extract, and rolled in crushed candy canes just before baking. Peppermint and chocolate... a match made in culinary heaven.  Please note that these are closer to the "mixed mini cookies" in size, and minimum order is six.
