What To Expect In-Person Physical Fitness Strength & Conditioning Training will be a goal-focused workout with Coach Tee. Each class will be a small group of 2-4 people with tailored routines that align with your target goals. Workouts will include weights, exercise machines, and calisthenics. Frequency Choose a weekly subscription that ranges from 3-5 classes each week, or our monthly subscription. Your subscription will auto-renew every week or month based on which subscription plan
