Learn essential fitness fundamentals to kickstart your physical wellness journey. First step, let's schedule your consultation. From there, your weekly coaching sessions will be reserved just for you. What To Expect In-Person Physical Fitness Strength & Conditioning Training will be a goal-focused workout with Coach Tee. This class will be a small group of 2-4 people with a tailored routine that introduces you to the fundamentals of strength and conditioning training. This workout will include weights, exercise machines, and calisthenics. Frequency In-Person Small Group Introductory Strength & Conditioning Training includes one class with Coach Tee. To book additional classes, you will be recommended to purchase one of our Physically Fit weekly or monthly subscriptions.
