Kyoho Grape • Mango • Dark Chocolate Sourced from farmers in the highlands of Guji, Ethiopia, this semi-forest coffee grows beneath indigenous shade trees intercropped with spices, tubers, and false banana. At the Anasora station, only ripe red cherries are selectively handpicked before undergoing a careful 10-hour aerobic fermentation and slow drying on raised beds for 3–4 weeks. The result is a layered and expressive cup with notes of Kyoho Grape, Mango, and Dark Chocolate; a bold and refined product of Guji’s unique terroir and the farmers’ meticulous craft.
