My name is Jeremy Werkheiser, the metal artist and creator of Metal Relic. I was born and raised in NEPA. Growing up in the country, I always loved to make, build, and repurpose things using my imagination.  I created Metal Relic from my home studio on nights and weekends while working full-time as an Industrial Maintenance Manager. While I have no formal training in the arts, I did earn a certificate from Johnson College which was an integral start of my current path.  I have had amazing mentors who helped me develop my skills, encouraged me to pursue my passion, and taught me how to be the best version of myself through patience and compassion. Being my kids’ example of what is possible when you follow your dreams is what Metal Relic is all about. I work with different steel elements, from fasteners to sheet metal, carefully welding and manipulating the materials to match my vision.
