The MCR-15 Coffee Roaster, along with the MCR-6 and the MCR-15, sit right in the middle of the MCR Series and brilliantly straddle the line between small batch and high production. The total control you have over your fuel, fan and drum speed allow you remarkable flexibility in your batch size. You can easily produce enough coffee to support a thriving brand on this roaster but you can also cut your batch size down dramatically to focus on a special green or small project. The all-digital control system integrates seamlessly with RoastPATH®, including the highly requested Roast Replay feature. During the roast, RoastPATH® automatically logs BT, ET, IT and DT temperature readings, as well as fuel setting changes, and fan, fuel and drum speed adjustments.
