Cap-Ban-Nu™ Cotton Knit with Padding Size Reducer & Sweat Liner The Cap-Ban-Nu™ Cotton Knit with Padding is a disposable sweatband and size reducer that offers an easy, effective way to adjust the fit of your hat. Made from moisture-absorbing cotton knit, it reduces your hat size by half a size (e.g., from Large to between Large and Medium). To use, simply peel off the yellow backing to expose the self-adhesive side. Place the Cap-Ban-Nu™ inside the front of your hat with the adhesive facing inward. The strong adhesive ensures a secure hold on most hat linings, so be mindful when positioning it to avoid damaging the interior. For a greater size reduction, you can add a second Cap-Ban-Nu™ to the back of your hat.
