Water-based varnish and decoupage glue with a touch of glitter. Formulated for rice paper, tissue paper and regular paper. Glitter finish. 100 ml. This glittery water-based varnish and glue is all you need to add a little glittery pizazz to your decoupage projects. Whether you are using rice paper, napkins or regular paper, you can easily spread the formula evenly on top for glittery results that'll take your project to the next level. Apply on your project to affix your paper and then on top of your paper to seal.
