Water-based varnish and decoupage glue all-in-one product. Formulated for rice paper, tissue paper and regular paper. Semi-gloss finish. 230 ml. and 100 ml. This water-based varnish and glue is all you need for the perfect decoupage technique. Whether you are using rice paper, napkins or regular paper, you can easily spread the formula evenly on top for semi-gloss results that'll take your project to the next level. Apply on your project to affix your paper and then on top of your paper to seal.
