This coffee is a wet-processed (washed) Ethiopian bean with low acidity and sharp, clean flavor. The sweetness of this coffee becomes more pronounced as the brew cools, making this a top candidate for an iced coffee or cold brew. Limu is an aromatic, complex, and smooth coffee. Jasmine, sandalwood, and soft florals dominate the aroma while a lemon-candy acidity is present on the first sip.
