The Lux

For the discerning pen collector, this large, segmented pen is made from over twenty-six individual, tiny pieces cut and shaped by hand and assembled into this pen body. Bold, shimmery slices are interspersed with two-tone purple and blue wedges for understated, but colorful, interest. Each thicker wedge is separated from its neighbor with a thin veneer of polished brass. The pen hardware is gold plated with glossy black detailing, complementing the brass veneer and shimmery black slices. The pen refill is advanced with a satisfying, smooth twist mechanism. This is a larger, robust pen with a nice weight and heft. Each pen is handmade one at a time in our shop. All pens can be refilled with widely available ink refills. Regardless of material, each pen goes through a multi-stage sanding and polishing process to achieve maximum shine.
