2013 Albarino

A perfect Spring/Summer sipper!What We Made100% Albarino from Rancho Estrellas Vineyard.  Grape bins were chilled to 50 degrees after harvesting, then the grapes were whole cluster pressed at cold temps, and 100% barrel fermented in 1st Use French/ American hybrid oak.  The wine was then barrel aged 5 months in premium French oak, with 2 months of lees stirring.  143 cases produced.  13.1% ABV.How We ServeNice and cool at about 50-60 degrees. That's roughly 20-25 minutes in your refrigerator before serving (When in doubt, chill it a little longer. You can always bring it up to temp quickly). Enjoy it with many light to mid-weight roast meats.
