A former miner turned coffee farmer and producer. Arnulfo is in charge of expanding the farm while his wife Martha oversees the processing. Surprisingly, his journey in coffee began in 2020 with his first harvest being in 2022, and he's already offering really incredible coffees. This is a stunner of a chiroso with intense sweetness and vibrant flavor. This coffee reminds us of stone fruit, marshmallow, and mandarin. Processing: coffee cherries are fermented in open tanks for 3-4 days, depulped, and then goes through another 8 days of fermentation in stainless steel tanks with water before being sent to dry.
