He's one of the most well known producers in the world and is producing some of the best coffees in all of Ecuador. His farm, Hacienda La Papaya, exported their first harvest in 2014 and since then has won a handful of awards. This coffee is a great representation of really well done processing paired with a delicious varietal. The result reminds us of grape jelly, rainier cherry, and kiwi. It's got vibrant acidity, expressive, but not overdone. This is a stellar coffee we're very happy to serve on our menu!
