NO LABEL - DIAL IN BATCH

Whenever we get new coffees to roast and dial in, we usually end up with a batch or two that tastes great but isn't quite ready for release, doesn't have labels printed, and could use a few more micro adjustments to really drive the coffee to the finish line.Instead of throwing it away, we decided we'd offer these roasts at a huge discount all while offering a great coffee to those who would still enjoy it. About the coffee:A returning producer by the name of Ildefonso Cardoba featuring a new varietal to our menu, bourbon aji. This coffee is full of tropical fruit, candy, blackberry, and bright. This washed coffee has everything we like about a good bourbon - clean, fruit forward, with juicy acidity.
