In his operation, he manages varietals such as wush wush, tabi, pink bourbon, gesha, and more. His gesha is stunning. It's got everything we like out of a classic gesha with delicate flavor notes and soft texture. The coffee reminds us of peach, citrus blossom, and has a lovely sensory experience.  This coffee undergoes a short in-cherry fermentation in sealed barrels. It then gets depulped with an additional 60-70hr fermentation in sealed barrels. Once fermentation is complete, the coffee is washed twice.
