German Extra Hardy Garlic Seed Stock

German Extra Hardy Garlic is a genetically large hardneck Garlic of the Porcelain variety. Seed Stock size bulbs come in medium (1.5-1.75"), large (1.75-2"), or jumbo (2-2 1/4"). Year after year this garlic produces heads larger than other varieties. It is very hardy and grows large fat cloves. In our clay soil, GX produces more cloves per bulb than other soil types. 6-8 large cloves per bulb. Very warm, spicy garlic flavor, but pleasant. Excellent for all recipes especially salsas. All our garlics are Sustainably grown using no chemicals or pesticides.
