The hallmarks  mark this cup and saucer to be French first standard .950/1000 silver with  "Minerve casquée" Minerva head mark (sometime between 1838-1868) on  both the cup and saucer. Approx. Dimensions:Total Height: 3 1/4" Cup Width: 3 1/2"(including handle: 5")Saucer Diameter: 5" Approx. Total Weight: 176 g Approx. Cup Weight: 114g Approx. Saucer Weight: 62g Condition:This 19th C French silver chocolate cup & saucer is in beautiful age-related  condition. There is one small, minor dent on the bottom of the cup's foot edge.
