We are offering a James & William Deakin Sterling Silver Traveling Ink Well. This traveling Silver ink-well has been made to carry a Stephens Blue Black Writing Fluid bottle.  The bottle is a crock type pottery with original paper label.  There is a paper board bottom with leather embossed texture and a white oval sticker with "127" handwritten on it. Each silver part is hallmarked.  English,  Date: 1904 Approx. Dimensions: Height: 2"  Diameter: 2" Approx. Weight: overall: 127 grams silver only: 34 grams Condition: this traveling silver and crock-pottery inkwell is in fine condition  with some age related wear to the silver indicative of it's age and use.  Some losses to the paper label on the ink bottle. new cork included.
