Vietnamese centipedes (Scolopendra dehaani) are a large species of Scolopendra ranging throughout southeast Asia. They are one of the largest members of the genus and can reach up to 9". While Vietnamese centipedes are one of the most popular and readily available Scolopendra they are not well-suited to beginners. Currently available specimens are field-collected adults between 6-8”. *Please be aware that this species possesses medically significant venom.*
