This is a fun one that I'm very excited to offer.  Akuamma, or Picralima Nitida, is native to Western Africa, and has been used for thousands of years by the indigenous cultures of that region.  Containing a host of alkaloids, with the primary alkaloid being Akuaminne, Akuamma affects the endogenous opioid system, hitting the delta and kappa opioid receptors. *Similarly to kratom, users of Akuamma have described a physical relaxation, analgesia and slight euphoria associated with its use. *One of the very unique things about Akuamma is that users claim there is no physical dependence or withdrawal associated with its use, which makes it a wonderful candidate for getting off of opiates.
