The materials are strong, stretchy, and this belt can cinch, if desired. With that being said, order by measuring your TRUE WAIST (the smallest part), and I will make it to fit that size with additional holes. OR it can also be made to be worn lower on your hips! It’s best to measure the area of the body where you would like to wear it.  I will be making this belt very adjustable, so please order your correct size, or message me if you have any questions. This is not a corset (so does not reduce like one), but would work extremely well over one, as a finishing belt, so keep that in mind also when ordering your size.
