EPA ratio tells you how much eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) there is compared to other omega-3 fatty acids like DHA in a supplement or food. EPA and DHA are both omega-3s found in fish oil. If a product has a high EPA ratio, it means there's more EPA than DHA in it which is more favorable for potential health outcomes like mood and brain health.
