OBC Single Chamber Bat House Kit

The OBC Single Chamber Bat House was designed by the Organization for Bat Conservation and over 10 years of research has proven it has an 80% occupancy rate. It is constructed of long lasting, Western red cedar and has a 3/4 inch exterior plywood back. It has a nylon interior mesh for bats to hold on to and a long landing area for easy entrance. The slanted roof is sealed to keep rain out and heat in and it has a ventilation slot for air circulation.
