Cruella de Vil

I designed these Cruella de Vil wands to use for costumes, Halloween, a trip to Disney, & even home decor.  I created them using hand cut pine wood, acrylic paint and sealer. I made an original "cruella" glitter mix I created only to be used on these wands.
