240mm/9.5" Kiritsuke with Damasteel and handle made of Koa, Corian, and Spalted Maple

Handmade 240mm / 9.5" Kiritsuke, similar to a Gyuto made of stainless damascus folded by Damasteel in their Thor pattern.  This blade is handled in sustainably sourced Hawaiian figured Koa wood with a Ferule made of locally sourced green dyed maple and a slice of corian.  The overall length is 15.25". Weight is 6.4 oz. HRC 62. Free sharpening for the life of the blade! Our knives are handmade at our shop in Charlottesville, VA.
