8.75"/220mm Damascus Kiritsuke Chef Knife with Dyed Maple and Cocobola

This knife was featured at the Damasteel Chef Invitational Fall 2021 show! Handmade 8.75"/220mm stainless Damascus Kiritsuke chef's knife folded by Damasteel of Sweden in Bifrost pattern.  The hidden tang handle is made of dyed and stabilized maple, a slice of Nickle -Silver, and Stabilized Cocobola. It features a tear drop shaped handle with side ramps for a good pinch grip. The overall length is 14.5"/370mm. HRC 61. 8oz. Free sharpening for the life of the blade!
