The full range of our current collection. Our bon bons are built around chocolate — ganaches, pralines, and gianduja made in house from the same single-origin cacao we use in our bars. We've moved deliberately away from sugar-forward confections toward fillings where chocolate is the primary flavor and everything else serves it. The shells are hand-decorated in our Tucson factory, with a visual approach that has grown quieter and more refined over time — less color, more intention.
