Cucurbita pepo 50-65 days Howdy folks. How are you today? Are you looking for a summer squash/zucchini to fill your belly? Mix includes yellow and various varieties of green zucchini. This seed lot originates from my friends at Meadowlark Hearth organic certified bio-dynamic farm in Nebraska, and from a seed farmer friend of mine in Washington. Try zucchini jerky for winter soups, and create your own variety by saving seeds from your favorite plants/fruits. One week after last spring frost, direct sow 2 seeds every 18-36" in rows 6 feet apart. Transplant or thin mature space of 18-36" row. Irrigation and happy children will produce bigger zucchini. Enjoys organic compost. Sows at least a 20 foot row.
